Give your car a break and take advantage of the free use of: Regional trains (Brennero-Trento, Malles-San Candido), regional buses, cable cars to Renon, San Genesio, Maranza, Meltina, Colle and Verano, the tram railway Renon and the funicular railway Mendola, and the Post Auto Schweiz between Malles and Müstair.

Terms of cancellation

1. Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB.
Up to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the guest or the ordering party by means of a unilateral written declaration without payment of a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation by the guest under the days like decribed above or less from the agreed day of arrival, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the cancellation fee. If the booked rooms are not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.
The agreed price is for accommodation, meals and any other services.
If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled, the percentage only refers to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.

2. Regulation in case of premature departure
In case of premature departure, the guest is obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and to pay 100% of the agreed price for the agreed remaining but unused services.

3. Group tours
Group travellers are persons travelling together who are regarded as one unit by the accommodation provider. A group is a travel community with a minimum number of 6 persons. At least 30 days before the agreed day of arrival, the guest must inform the accommodation provider of the number of guests by means of a written notification. 
If individual members of a tour group or the entire tour group is cancelled less than 30 days before the agreed date of arrival, cancellation is due to 100% of the agreed total price.
