A terrace with a panorama over the apple orchards of the South Tyrolean lowlands, the first rays of sunshine falling on our faces, the cappuccino and croissants already fragrant from the buffet in the morning, homemade jam for a fruit-filled treat, the fruit salad and fresh fruit give us light fare for the day ahead. South Tyrolean bacon, Kaminwurzen and ham are our tasty companions. Our products, which are always regional, are probably the best way to start a day on holiday... Simply sit down and enjoy.
